How to get health?Do you really want health? if yes,

1. go to library or book store, bring some book about health and bring it home.

You need knowledge to help you. 

When you see the books, you always can know which one maybe useful to you. 

But not every suggestion in every book is suitable to you.

Just try it carefully , not believe it too much.

It always  needs some time to get what you really want and need.

2.  Spend some time in a  day  to read the heath book  , and  take one suggestion and change your own habit , step by step. 每天讀一點健康的書, 增加一點知識, knowledge give you power.
